Cancellation Policy
Please read the cancellation refund policy carefully as it will provide you with important information about your rights and obligations as a client of Iris Education. When you purchase a course or seminar on the Iris Education website you agree to our terms and conditions mentioned below.
Participants/Registrants can withdraw/cancel participation to a course or seminar by notifying Iris Education at least three working days (72 hours) prior to the official start date of a course or seminar. In such an event, a credit will be issued towards a future event, valid for up to one year from the date of cancellation. Alternatively, a refund of the registration fee less a 15% administration fee can be arranged.
If an attendee fails to cancel their registration to an event within the above-mentioned time frame or if they fail to attend the course or seminar, a refund for the course or seminar will not be available. Iris Education will not be liable for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.
Iris Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or seminar due to insufficient registrations, instructor Illness, or force-majeure events (e.g. pandemics, floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). In such circumstances the attendees will be notified as soon as possible prior to the scheduled start time of the course or
seminar.
Upon such cancellation, registered attendees can opt for any one of the following alternatives:
All requests for refunds or transfers to an alternative date and time must be received in writing within 10 working days of the date of the cancelled or rescheduled course or seminar. Iris Education will endeavour to have refunds processed within 10 working days of receipt of the written refund request.

- a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled or rescheduled course or seminar. Refunds must be claimed within 10 working days of the date of the cancelled or rescheduled course or seminar.
- apply the payment to the time and date of the rescheduled course or seminar
- apply the payment to a different course or seminar of the same value at a future date & time. This option must be applied within 12 months of the cancellation or rescheduling of the original course or seminar.
